Shipping Policy

 

 

Please consider:

• Most of the items will usually be shipped out within 1- 5 business day (Monday – Friday).

• Most of the custom and special orders require a minimum of one week to process.

• Tracking emails are automated. Please check your SPAM filter or folder to ensure you are receiving tracking emails and that your mails did not get caught be a filter.

• International shipments may be a subject to tariffs, duties, value added taxes (VAT) and other customs fees, and they vary from Country to Country.

• For foreign orders, please allow 1- 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping times are out of our control and customs can cause delays in processing packages.

• Country fees are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

• International customers should contact their local customs office for details on how customs are assessed and collected.

• Packages refused by customers due to customs duties, taxes, or other fees are defined as "abandoned" in the destination country by the courier and are not eligible for refunds.

• Transport prices vary by country of delivery
